Creative ITC Establishes U.S. Headquarters in Houston

Creative ITC has established its U.S. headquarters in Houston, Texas, strengthening its ability to deliver and manage private cloud and digital workspace infrastructure services for architecture, engineering and energy firms across North America.

Creative ITC has supported customers in North America for more than a decade through its global delivery platform and infrastructure footprint. Establishing a dedicated U.S. headquarters formalises its presence in the region and provides a platform to expand delivery capacity, improve responsiveness and support growing customer demand.

“This expansion reflects both the demand we’re seeing in the U.S. and our long-term commitment to supporting clients here,” said Keith Ali, CEO of Creative ITC. “Our customers operate some of the world’s most demanding design and engineering environments. They require infrastructure that delivers consistent performance, resilience and security at scale. Establishing our U.S. headquarters in Houston strengthens our ability to support those mission-critical environments locally while maintaining the global operational standards our clients expect.”

Creative ITC’s infrastructure platform has been engineered specifically for industries where performance, collaboration and uptime directly impact project delivery and operational outcomes.

The company supports several of the world’s leading architecture, engineering and energy organisations, including WSP, which relies on Creative ITC to monitor its global IT infrastructure. In the United States, Creative ITC has also supported mission-critical infrastructure transitions for organizations such as Vertex Energy and CB&I, ensuring continuity during complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

The expanded U.S. capability will initially focus on architecture, engineering and energy organisations, where demand for high-performance digital workspace environments is accelerating. Creative ITC also supports construction firms globally and expects to expand its U.S. presence across the broader construction sector over time.
