Our chosen charity of the year is Macmillan Cancer Support. As part of our commitment to community, we also offer employees 3 volunteer days which they can utilise to support any charities close to their heart.

We want our people to feel valued which is why we offer the Perkbox Employee rewards scheme which provides over 4000 benefits and discounts from shopping to gym memberships . We continue to see our employees engaged with Perkbox and we hope to increase this engagement across the workforce next year with the introduction of Flexi points.

We want our people to feel supported both mentally and physically which is why we offer Bupa private healthcare for employees and their families as well as access to Babylon 24/7 online GP consultations and nursing support.

As part of our commitment to our employees we provide free access to an employee assistance program, offering mental, physical or financial support, through a medium of self help videos, online courses, literature, counselling and support via phone and video.

Training and Development

Ensuring our employees have the confidence and skills to succeed and develop in their roles is very important to us. This is why we offer an online skills hub where employees can access a variety of training courses. We also work with colleagues to understand any desires for external training and have increased our budget by 25% from last year.
