Environment
Creative ITC supports sustainable IT by hosting its cloud services in Equinix data centres powered by 100% renewable energy, helping customers reduce Scope 2 emissions while delivering secure, high-performance digital infrastructure.
We have been ISO 14001 certified since 2022, actively measure Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, and are Carbon Neutral certified under the Carbon Footprint Standard, covering Scopes 1, 2 and partial Scope 3.
Our long-term sustainability goals include moving to 100% renewable energy across our offices by 2030, achieving Net Zero across our value chain by 2050, and maintaining ISO 14001 certification to ensure continuous environmental improvement.
Social
Creative ITC supports employee wellbeing through a comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, and ongoing training and development. Creative ITC has established a clear ESG ambition and regularly tracks and reports on key ESG performance indicators to ensure accountability and continuous improvement across the business.
Our commitment to strong governance is reinforced through ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications, demonstrating high standards in quality management, information security, and cyber resilience. We also maintain robust policies covering anti-bribery, whistleblowing, and equal opportunities, supporting ethical behaviour and a fair, transparent workplace.
Our governance goals include reporting zero confirmed cases of bribery or unethical activity, ensuring 100% employee completion of annual anti-bribery training, and 100% completion of ESG training modules each year.
