2006

Our Foundation

Founded in the UK in 2006, Creative ITC set out to revolutionise managed IT, delivering smarter, faster, and more secure solutions that help businesses innovate and scale.

2013

Global Growth and Leadership

Between 2013 and 2017, under CEO Keith Ali’s leadership, we expanded operations across five continents and launched VDIPod, our flagship virtual desktop platform transforming collaboration in the AEC industry.

2020

Commitment to Excellence

In 2020 and 2021, we achieved ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 certifications, strengthening our reputation for quality, security and sustainability and became a certified Carbon Neutral organisation.

2022

Everything-as-a-Service (XaaS) Evolution

By 2022, we evolved our offering into a complete XaaS portfolio, delivering modular, scalable services across Backup, Desktop, Infrastructure, Security, Support and more, all underpinned by 24/7/365 expertise.

2024

Recognition and Expansion

During 2024 and 2025, Creative ITC secured strategic investment from LDC, was named Industry Specialist of the Year, opened our US headquarters in Houston, and launched the AEC Innovators Circle to connect digital leaders shaping the future.
