Creative ITC has established a strategic joint venture partnership with graphical VDI and remote workstation specialists, IMSCAD Services.
The collaboration strengthens Creative’s expertise across virtual desktop infrastructure, cloud workstations and managed services delivery, enhancing the company’s ability to support intensive graphics and computationally demanding design and engineering workloads.
IMSCAD Services is an established consultancy in AEC, deploying high end remote and hybrid working solutions globally, trouble-shooting installations, and providing professional services and support. The company will operate as a specialist delivery partner to Creative, ensuring customers continue to experience a single, seamless service.
“This partnership strengthens our delivery capabilities and meets rising market demand,” said Keith Ali, CEO of Creative ITC. “As design and visualisation workloads continue to evolve, there’s growing need from AEC firms for high-performance, scalable desktop solutions and the underpinning infrastructure agility to support these specialised workloads. Our global private cloud infrastructure combined with our expanded technical skills positions us to extend delivery of fully managed solutions at scale.”

“AEC teams need outstanding performance, but many firms continue to operate general-purpose virtual desktop platforms on legacy infrastructure or in public cloud environments that are not optimised for their intensive 3D and CAD workloads,” said Adam Jull, founder and CEO of IMSCAD Services. “This partnership with Creative will ensure our customers benefit from high performance, purpose-built virtual and remote workstation solutions, whether on-premises or in Creative ITC’s cloud, enabling them to outsource IT for greater mobility, efficiency and productivity.”
Architecture, engineering and construction firms increasingly rely on applications such as Revit, BIM 360, Solidworks and Navisworks, which require high-performance infrastructure to operate effectively. Creative ITC’s architecture is engineered specifically to support these graphics-intensive and computationally demanding workloads, while maintaining enterprise-grade security, resilience and scalability.
Following private equity funding from LDC in 2024 and the opening of its US headquarters in Houston, the partnership is the latest milestone in Creative’s growth journey and drive to deliver world-class service and innovation across its global operations.
